This returns policy applies to physical products only. Digital products CAN NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Return Period:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase:
To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase. This includes an email receipt, the email used to place the order, and the delivery address.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items:
Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke artwork cannot be returned.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing time is within 24 hours of receiving the return, though bank processing may take up to 7 days.
Return Procedure:
Please contact us first via email at contact@hayleywebsterart.co.uk to initiate a return. We will work to resolve any issues before arranging the return if necessary.
Damaged or Defective Items:
All items are photographed before packaging and include insurance for shipping. If a package arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to inquire with the delivery company, and we will also investigate. Damaged items can be returned at the customer's expense. Please note that processing times for refunds for damaged items may be longer due to communication with insurance and delivery companies.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges.
