Delivery Information

Where possible, all artwork is dispatched within 10 days. I currently ship all over the UK and Ireland. If you would like delivery to another country, please get in touch to discuss postage.

  • Shipping

I currently offer shipping to the UK and Ireland. If you’re shopping from another country, please email me or send me a message on Instagram to arrange international delivery.

  • UK & Ireland Delivery

I use Royal Mail for smaller items and Evri for larger items. Items are sent with the correct postage for sufficient insurance coverage. Royal Mail delivery is either 1st or 2nd class and the price there varies depending on size and weight. Evri also charges different amounts depending on size and weight.

All prices for shipping are calculated at checkout. You will only pay 1 price per order. Sorry, I cannot combine orders if they have been ordered and paid for separately.

  • Packaging

Where possible I try to use and recycle packaging rather than buy new. There are many reasons for this, the main one, of course, is cost. It is most cost-effective for me (and you) to reuse packaging – I’m cutting out an extra cost that I don’t have to pass on to my customers. This enables me to keep my prices reasonable for all of my artwork – including prints.

For larger items, international delivery and personal commissions, new packaging will always be used.

Important Information

Take a minute to read through some of this important information

  • Where I have items in stock - this will be canvas’ and some prints - I will aim to ship within 1-10 business days. Depending on preparation time.

Where your order is a large item (large canvas etc) I will still aim to ship within 1-10 business days however this will normally always be done via courier so overall delivery time may take longer.

Where I don’t have items in stock (usually prints) I aim to ship within 7-10 business days. This is because prints are usually made to order. It will always be sooner where possible and I will keep you updated as best as I can.

Delivery prices reflect the weight of your entire package. This is charged at the highest price for your weight. For example: If you buy just one single print this will be charged at £4.00* if you buy 5 prints it will still be £4.00* (because the weight isn’t affected enough to trigger a higher shipping cost). However, if you then add a framed canvas you will be charged £6.50* for the whole order as this is how much it costs to ship a framed canvas of that weight. This is calculated automatically at checkout.

When delivery is being made via Royal Mail you can choose between 1st and 2nd Class. This will be reflected in delivery times.

Once shipped, I hope all items will reach their destinations within 3-5 business days. However, with the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, national strike actions etc, these times are subject to change.

Returns are accepted. In full, unused, undamaged condition. Images are taken of all artwork prior to packaging and during the packaging process.

If you would like to make a return you must make contact with me with your reason for doing so within 14 days of your item being delivered.

If you wish to make a return after this time, it will not be possible as I do not accept returns longer than 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returns must be in original packaging and unused, undamaged condition.

Delivery during public holidays, Christmas, Easter, New Year, etc and pandemics and other situations out of my control may be subject to change.

Thank you! Any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

  • If looked after correctly, art should last a lifetime. All of my original artworks are finished with a varnish suitable for the medium. Please ensure you have clean hands when handling original art and use any provided gloves where available. (Not all artwork comes with gloves)

With that said, please do not hang your original artwork in direct sunlight, in a direct line of very strong lighting, or where it is likely to get wet. Please do not use any cleaning products to clean your painting – if it does get dusty, use a dry cloth only or very lightly dust it over with a feather duster.

Keep your painting away from water sources and heat sources such as fireplaces, heaters, ovens, artificial heating of any kind, radiators, direct sunlight etc.

Where it is possible to add your own hanging fixtures, if you do choose to add hardware hanging fixtures, please be very careful with installation – canvas frames can be very delicate, and I cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by the owner trying to add their own fixtures, especially with the use of force (drills, etc) Please use a professional where possible.

If you are getting your canvas framed, please do your research on professional framers and only use someone reputable.
